Games: 360 Degree Video, 2017

This project was a major undertaking! My Technologies and Art Education class, taught by the wonderful Karen Keifer-Boyd decided to record, produce, and curate a show based on board games and their greater social implications viewed through a feminist lense. At the time of the video's making, we were only the third group at Penn State to ever use the 360 degree cameras.

Painting in Public Social Experiment, 2017

The making of this video happened not long after President Trump cut funding for the arts. As an art educator, I know the arts are important, but I was curious about other, every day people. And with that thought in mind, I conducted a social experiment at the First Colony Mall in Sugar Land, Texas where I was painting outside and recording the passerby reactions. There was also a corresponding survey that I released on my art Instagram page.
