Dimensions: 18" x 24" Oil Pastel This piece was completed my junior year and was entered in the Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) where it earned a perfect score. It then moved on to the VASE State level of competition where it earned a first place medal and a score of 19/20.

Dimensions: 22" x 16" Graphite This work was entered into the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Student Art Competition in 2014 where it was one of 62 works selected state-wide for the Student Art Auction. There was a total of 300,000 submissions. This work ended up being auctioned off for $20,000. It later was in a gallery showing at Houston's William P. Hobby Airport.
Dimensions: 24" x 30" Pastel This work was a part of my senior concentration. In August of 2015, I entered it in the Marilyn Dickey Art Show at the Sugar Land Art Center and Gallery where it was selected to hang in the gallery for the month of September in 2015.

Dimensions: 24" x 36" Black and white charcoal This work was completed my sophomore year and I entered it in the VASE competition where it earned a perfect score. My senior year I reworked the values and added in the deep black background.
Dimensions: 14" x 14" Color pencil, mat board, chains This work was completed for my senior concentration. In August of 2015, I entered it in the Marilyn Dickey Art Show at the Sugar Land Art Center and Gallery where it not only was selected for the September gallery, it earned an honorable mention.
