Admittedly, that page is on Flowlab's website. You can find it if you click on the HELP tab on the upper left side of the screen. Here you can find lots of useful tutorial videos.

These are a few different photoshop tutorials that I found while searching the web. They use different tools, some of the tutorials are videos and some of them are articles with pictures, choose what works best for you. This is another one that can be found on the program-in-question's website. You can find this page by clicking on the LEARN tab located in the menu at the top of the page. These tutorials take a learn by doing approach where they give you instructions in a sidebar off to the left and you have to complete the instructions.
